Giving better Customer Experience
The old axiom 'The customer is always right' for freelancers remains as valid today as it was when the term was first coined in the early 1900's.
That's because the customer experience is tied to customer loyalty, which means that the best way to keep a customer satisfied is to give them what they want— and to smile at it.
Making the customer experience a priority when freelancing is not something that comes to most people naturally, nor does it tend to be a top priority, especially for #freelancers who are just starting out. Believe it or not, it is easier to put the customers first than what it seems. The best way to start doing this is to give a first impression that is professional and unforgettable.
By beginning any customer relationship on the right foot, and then sustaining it through consistent, timely contact, a positive attitude and a payment process that works for everyone involved, it is possible for freelancers to have a #customer experience that is on par with a much larger organization.
And one thing we should keep in mind, a happy customer is a repeat customer!
